Your treatments are reserved especially for you.

I value your business and ask that you respect my salon policy.

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment time as treatment must commence at your booking time. If you are more than 10 minutes late your booking will be cancelled and you will still be charged for your full treatment.

 

Please can I ask that you stay in your car until your appointment time as I will only accept one client in the salon at any one time

 

A 50% booking fee will be required at time of booking for all treatments which are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please reschedule your appointment online or notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancelling your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and no shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.

 

If you reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment time, the 50% reserved service amount will go towards the cost of your service at checkout on the rescheduled date.

 

Payments can be made in CASH or CARD only.
