A traditional massage here at Rebecca's Retreat is designed for your whole body.

You will start your massage lay on your front whilst your therapist works on your back and you will be asked to turn over at the half way point.

If you have a particular area of concern such as your neck or shoulders, please discuss this with your therapist during your consultation and they can adapt the massage to spend longer on this area.
